Bookings & Payments

• Your booking is confirmed once a signed proposal + deposit are received.
  
• Final balance must be paid before delivery (unless otherwise agreed).
  
• Cancellation fees apply and increase as the event date gets closer.
  
  

Delivery & Collection

• Standard delivery is to a safe, ground-floor location.
  
• Stairs, lifts, late nights, or tricky access = extra charges.
  
• Someone authorised by you must be onsite to accept delivery.
  
• Please have everything packed and ready for collection at the agreed time.
  
  

Care of Our Items

• Please keep all hire items clean, secure, and protected from damage.
  
• Don’t leave furniture or décor out in the rain or unprotected in strong sun.
  
• No DIY repairs — just let us know if there’s a problem.
  
• Lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
  
  

Safety & Site Conditions

• Delivery areas must be clear, level, and safe for our trucks and team.
  
• We may refuse delivery if the site isn’t safe (fees may still apply).
  
• It’s your responsibility to confirm venue access and permissions.
  
  

Outdoor Events & Weather

• Outdoor hire = client responsibility.
  
• Items must be covered if it rains and secured if it’s windy.
  
• We don’t provide marquees or weather cover — please plan ahead.
  
• Weather damage (water, mould, sun-fade) is chargeable.
  
  

Insurance & Liability

• We recommend event insurance to cover accidents, loss, or theft.
  
• A damage waiver may apply, but it doesn’t cover misuse or negligence.
  
• We’re not liable for injuries or issues caused by improper use of our items.
  
  

Changes & Communication

• Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
  
• Substitutions may be made if an item isn’t available (we’ll match the style).
  
• All changes/cancellations must be in writing (email).
  
• Only the client or authorised contact can make changes.
